Remote Sensing & GIS Engineer
Experienced in working with various Microwave Remote Sensing techniques such as InSAR, PolSAR, etc. I have expert experience in using remote sensing and GIS tools (SNAP, Doris-Rippl, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.). Currently, I am learning cloud system designing and sharpening my Python scripting skill. I have taken up courses to step on to the data science platform with online platforms like Udemy and Edx.
I have worked with InSAR, DInSAR, and PSInSAR during my research experience with Dr. Ramon Hanssen and Dr. Shashi Kumar. I keep updating my knowledge of remote sensing and GIS with both software and programming by taking up small-scale projects by myself. I completed my master's in RS & GIS from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, ISRO. I worked as a researcher at Prof. Hanssen's lab at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands, on automating InSAR data processing for continuous monitoring (mapping) subsidence over the Netherlands, on Google Cloud Platform.
